Mojo Cafe is located in the heart of Harajuku neighbourhood in Tokyo. The interior concept seeks to integrate with the context without losing its character and autonomy. Developed in a different but seemingly consistent way with bakery next door, both shops can act independently or be perceived as one whole thanks to the large glass wall visually connecting both spaces.
Cafe interior features combination of solid oak and copper finishes used thorough-out the space to construct bespoke furniture such as tables, counters and individual lighting. Warm tone grey walls, ceramic tiles and polished concrete flooring provide natural background complementing furniture. The space is divided into clearly defined areas. Simple and functional layout is organised around the main counter and two communal tables, that are set under the custom built copper pipe chandeliers.
